Ebenezer Employment & Training Pty Ltd (EET) is solely Australian Owned and privately operated company.

We are a group of multi skilled operators, supervisors and trainers in the Civil Construction and Mining industries with over 25 years of experience. Working in both industries we have accomplished the skills to not only operate the equipment but to supervise the efficiency and safety needed to sustain the high standard in today’s market.

M & JD Pty Ltd was established in 2003 specialising in bulk earthmoving, civil earthworks, mining, waste management, and general plant hire. As the major contract with TiTree Bio Energy Landfill was secured along with the growth in client base, M & JD Pty Ltd recognised the need for constant access to equipment and machinery. Due to this growth JDT Hire Pty Ltd was established in 2006.

JDT Hire specialises in plant and equipment hire for individuals and businesses alike. Both M & JD Pty Ltd and JDT Hire work closely together to ensure the needs of the client are met.  As both businesses developed the need in civil construction and mining industries for highly skilled and trained operators was in demand. As a result, Ebenezer Employment and Training Pty Ltd (EET) was established in 2008.

In 2010 and beyond the Directors of the three companies, Tim Gillam and John Swain, expect that the three businesses client base will grow and expand to cater for the needs of the industries in today’s market. M & JD Pty Ltd, JDT Hire Pty Ltd & Ebenezer Employment and Training Pty Ltd are able to compliment each other and provide clients with a one-stop shop for all civil contracting, plant and equipment hire and training.
